Questions before you commit.
When does my monthly quota reset?
Lookups reset on the same calendar day each month, based on when you signed up. You can see your usage and reset date in Settings.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
New classifications are paused for the rest of the cycle. Upgrade at any time from Settings — your new quota applies immediately, prorated by your billing date.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
Yes. Manage your subscription from Settings → Billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features until then.
Are these codes legally binding?
No. HTS Classify returns candidate codes for planning and pre-broker conversations. Final classification at entry is always the importer's responsibility — confirm with a licensed customs broker before filing.
